Monitoring - The generative bot behaviour has returned to normal as early escalations have been resolved. We’ll continue to work with our processor to steadily improve the quality of generated answers.

Investigating - Clients using our Generative Answers feature are seeing degraded performance in the answer generation rate. This means that chatters interacting with generative bots may be occasionally escalated to an agent when they should receive a generated answer.

Impact: some chatters interacting with Generative bots. We’re still investigating the full impact of the issue.

Resolved - We have noted an incident that resulted in dropped live chat conversations that lasted 13 minutes at 17:15 EST for clients using Salesforce. This issue is resolved at this time and Ada Engineering is aware of the cause.

Investigating - Some customers are experiencing issues with Ada's Zendesk integration. This is affecting clients who are using the chatterAuthCallback feature. Some chatters may be unable to escalate when the authentication feature of the Zendesk Live Agent block is used
