The scheduled maintenance has been completed. We have successfully switched over to our new database cluster. We sustained approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds of downtime for our services during the change over.

We will be switching to a PCI compliant database provider. During this maintenance window we will be cutting over between databases. In our pre production testing this has resulted in an unavoidable downtime of up to two minutes. During this two minute window the chat interface will be functional, but users will receive a message notifying them that the bot isn't responding and to try again soon. The dashboard will be non-functional during this time. This is for the US cluster only, Canada (CA) cluster users will not be affected.
