Update
We have identified that the issue is limited to bots in the US cluster. If your bot address includes a separate cluster in the address (eg. bot-name.[cluster].ada.support) it will not be impacted by this incident.

Issue: Some chat sessions may fail to load (partial outage) Who it affects: while this occurs intermittently all bots may see some chat windows fail to load. A reload may allow users to access to bot in these cases.
