Upon further investigation we have determined the issue was limited to logging errors. The performance of the service itself was unaffected during the incident and the up time for the component has been updated to reflect this.

Issue: The End User API webhooks are not firing at the moment Who it affects: this issue affects client who use the End User API to update chatter info based on chatter creation or update events. Chatters will not notice an effect in their conversations.
