For 2 mins from 8:29 p.m UTC to 8:31 p.m UTC the Chat and Dashboard were unavailable or under very degraded service. This was due to an index being renamed in our production database erroneously. The index rename created a reindexing of one of the larger collections in our database. This consumed almost all resources on the database cluster under the reindexing was complete.
