We will be switching to a PCI compliant database provider. During this maintenance window we will be cutting over between databases. In our pre-production/production (US) testing this has resulted in an unavoidable downtime of up to three minutes. During this three minute window the chat interface will be functional, but users will receive a message notifying them that the bot isn't responding and to try again soon. The dashboard will be non-functional during this time. This is for the Canadian cluster (.ca.ada.support) only, US cluster (.ada.support) users will not be affected.
