Issue: Bot admins may find they are not able to update the name or description of the bot (along with other UI settings) in the backend dashboard. Who it affects: Admins who are working in the Bot Appearance and Bot Customization pages may find their changes are not saving. Current settings are still valid and the end-user experience is not affected.
