App Dashboard inaccessible to Chrome Desktop browsers on ChromeOS

A change to the App Dashboard deployed at 10:01am ET today caused Chrome Desktop browsers running on ChromeOS/Chromebooks to be unable to access the Dashboard, a revert for this was deployed at 11:21pm ET today.
