We'll be upgrading our conversation search system on Monday the 9th of August at 21:00 EST during which time it may be unavailable. Chat will not be affected, your data will be safe, and our conversation search system will be even stronger than before!
This scheduled upgrade will only affect search on the conversations page on the following clusters: *.ada.support *.maple.ada.support *.ficanex.ada.support
